Your responsibilities
- In your role as Project Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) you facilitate the annual portfolio planning from identification of ideas towards the final senior management alignment
- You continuously manage and monitor the project portfolio
- Furthermore, you chair and facilitate the respective governance bodies like Portfolio Management Meeting and Project Approval Board
- You strongly collaborate with functions and regional counterparts and moderate the community of portfolio managers across EMEA Sales-BC
- You selectively act as sparring partner and coach for e.g. project leaders and sponsors
- Moreover, you enhance and further develop the portfolio management as well as project management method
Your qualification
- You have successfully completed a course of studies in Business Administration or equivalent
- You are an experienced project manager (m/f/d) with strong track record in international and cross-functional projects e.g. from PM role or consultancy (Certification is a plus)
- You have a generalistic background and understand specifics and key elements from various functions (e.g. Sales, IT, Finance)
- You love to work in a complex business environment with multiple stakeholders across all organizational hierarchies
- You feel comfortable to maneuver between different interests and to achieve consensus between parties
- Proven experience in medical device or comparable high tech industry is a plus
- You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken
- Additional language skills are a plus
