We are currently looking for an IT onsite support to join a team in Munich - Germany. An exciting work environment awaits you, a family-friendly team with a good working atmosphere and development opportunities.Your area of responsibility:
- Acceptance and processing of error messages and advice requests (via telephone, e-mail, chat, etc.)
- Classify and prioritize service requests through goal-oriented conversation
- Service-oriented advice and independent troubleshooting directly on the phone or via remote connection
- Careful documentation and tracking of incidents, problem records and service requests via our ticket system (Service Now)
- Maintaining the Solution and Knowledge Base (Knowledge Base Management)
What to bring:
- Completed IT training, e.g. as IT specialist (m / w / d) system integration, IT system electronics technician (m / w / d), or comparable experience in IT support
- Initial experience in telephone support and handling of ticket systems
- In-depth knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office products
- Good hardware knowledge is also beneficial
- High degree of customer, service and solution orientation
- High commitment and self-motivation
- Strong communication skills (telephone, e-mail, etc.) and strong teamwork
Mandatory requirement:
- German and English fluently in spoken and written
