What we look for

Required:

Experienced Data (Business) Analyst with at least 2 years of proven data related projects (migration, interface, advanced data analytics)
Deep understanding and knowledge of data analysis, math & statistics, reporting
Good understanding of Business Change Management
Experience working with Developers or Business SMEs
Interpersonal skills to interact with various business data owners
Best practices on data management and data governance
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proven track record on working in a cross-cultural environment
Effective listening skills in order to understand the requirements of the business
Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to sharing ideas and finding solutions
An independent and motivated individual and requires little supervision and demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making skills

Preferred:

Master’s Degree in IT
Experience in manufacturing, engineering or service sector
Experience working in large multinational corporation
Communication and presentation skills in order to explain your work to people who don't understand the mechanics behind data analysis
Experience with coaching technical leads and developers
Agile or Scrum certification
Experience in process optimization/standardization in complex matrix international organisations
Drive and the resilience to try new ideas if the first one doesn't work
