Currently seeking a Legal and Compliance Manager to work within the business of 13,00 people. This position will give you the responsibility of leading numerous projects, internally and externally as a Legal and Compliance Manager.
As a legal and Compliance Manager, you will be:
- Responsible for all legal monitoring and compliance employees
- Monitoring and evaluating the company’s legal innovations and standards (focusing on insurance companies and financial institutions)
- Delegated to implement group-wide legal monitoring projects
- Supporting and developing the compliance management system
- In charge for all relevant issues related to compliance
- Further developing projects to nation-wide compliance sectors
- Monitoring organisational processes and measuring deficits in the operational areas of companies
- Providing advice and support for the business and support their processes in the context of legal and compliance
As a Legal and Compliance Manager, you should have:
- A degree in either law, economics, or other similar social sciences
- A minimum of 1-year leadership experience
- Experience in regulatory in insurance and compliance
- Similar experience in related industries / in dealing with legal governance related matters
- Experience in Legal monitoring
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Fluent in German
