WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Analysis and evaluation of the requirements of the departments regarding the SAP HCM modules (especially in the area of time management, payroll accounting and authorizations)
• Conducting requirements reviews and decisions on the implementation of departmental requirements for technical or procedural changes to the SAP HCM system
• Continuous check and optimization of the SAP HCM authorization concept for data protection compliance
• Consulting and training of the SAP HCM User & Keyuser
