B2B Marketing Coordinator (f/m/d) (363621/001) Hamburg, Germany
For our client, a leading multinational technology company that specializes in Internet- related services and products, we are looking for a B2B Marketing Coordinator (f/m/d) in Hamburg.
Your role:
As B2B Marketing Coordinator, you will help develop and execute marketing programs and initiatives. You will be successful in this role if you are a proactive personality with outstanding communication skills who pays attention to detail. You should enjoy working with a diverse range of internal and external partners and it should be easy for you to combine creativity with organizational skills to manage numerous different projects to tight deadlines simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute our B2B Marketing plan to acquire new customers and help our existing clients to scale their business with focus on International Growth/Export, Startups and e-Commerce
- Develop and execute external communication assets (e.g. website, case studies) and internal sales collaterals based on customer insights
- Support the optimization of our new Marketfinder tool for the German market and drive awareness to generate new leads among existing and new customers
- Drive performance analysis and ongoing process optimisation of results to improve Marketing programmes, communication and events
- Manage marketing budgets and work effectively with external partners and vendors.
- Represent DACH Marketing and effectively work with a large group of stakeholders effectively across local, regional and global Sales, PR, Policy and Marketing organization.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of work experience in marketing, advertising or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Online Marketing
- Ability to speak and write in German fluently and idiomatically.
- Storytelling skills. You are good at articulating the essence of a products and the value it creates. You can translate positioning and messaging into marketing collateral - website copy, customer case studies, events, videos, mailings etc.
- Project management experience: track record of effectively delivering multiple projects at a time in a very fast-moving environment.
- startup or e-commerce experience.
- Passion for data-driven Marketing.
- Analytical skills and ability to analyse projects effectiveness/ROI. Ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, fluency in German and English.
