Customer Service Representative - Dutch, Automotive
Beschreibung und Aufgaben:
- As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) you are responsible for handling questions and complaints from consumers with the aim of achieving high customer satisfaction
- Implementation of Lead Management & Sales Support contact channels: telephone, postal, e-mail, fax, web and social media interactions
- Personal responsibility for case processing - either through the use of resources (e.g. FAQ) or through communication with other parties in the company
- Taking responsibility for the further development of upselling during the use phase
- Support for constumers who contact the Customer Relationship Center with a purchase / usage request
- Lead generation and delegation management and follow-up
Das zeichnet Sie aus:
- Completed commercial training or study
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English, spoken and written
- Multiple years of experience in customer service
- Already gathered experience at the dealer is an advantage
- Very high service orientation and “love for the customer”
