Your responsibilities

• You represent the Scientific Solutions Division (SSD) and its specific requirements in the Olympus EMEA CRM Transformation Team
• You will take the lead in the different projects steps during project delivery (process analysis, impact analysis, delivery, integration and testing)
• In your role as Project Manager (m/f/d) you manage the CRM transformation in the SSD organization by collecting requirements and managing expectations from the SSD business areas
• You are responsible for the introduction of the new CRM solution incl. roll out plan, training measures and others
• You coordinate and communicate with all relevant stakeholders on headquarters and country level
• You take ownership for selected data development topics in SSD relevant IT systems (CRM, SAP, Data Warehouse)
• As a member of the Marketing Support & Commercial Excellence you are continuously improving the processes and interfaces between SSD business areas with strong focus on process development & harmonization

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed your studies in economics, information technologies or similar
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Project Management, preferably in digital transformation topics
• You have proven experience in the management of complex, international projects
• You have considerable experience in liaising and in communicating effectively with business stakeholders on project risks, progress and milestones
• You are an expert in managing projects throughout the project lifecycle and with many interrelated tasks and multiple stakeholders
• You have excellent communication skills and a profound command of English – both written and spoken
• You are willing to travel across Europe for approximately 10% of your working time
