Software Project Manager-Automotive(m/f/d)

For our client an automotive company based in Munich, we are currently looking for a
Software Project Manager
(m/f/d) to support on a freelance basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Development and management of software release schedules

 
 

• Assignment and management of project tasks to ensure gateway deliverables are met

 
 

• Communication of the plan, issues and status to all stakeholders

 
 

• Issue Management

 
 

• Status reporting to the customer and internal Line Management

 
 

• Managing project’s escalations

 
 

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science or other comparable qualification

 
 

• Project Management Experience

 
 

• Requirements Management skills

 
 

• Understanding of software development processes

 
 

• Excellent planning and time management skills

 
 

Preferred skills, however not essential:

• Good knowledge of Automotive SPICE

 
 

• Good knowledge of Autosar

 
 

• Good knowledge of CAN, Ethernet and SPI

 
 

• Good knowledge of automotive electronic components (Controllers, transceivers, displays)
