YOUR TEAM
For the department “Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition” we are looking for a master student to realize his/her thesis with us. It will not be the traditional thesis, but what we rather would need is someone with a movie and film expertise to realize an image video for the rollout of our employer brand.Our Talent Acquisition Team is passionate about attracting the right talents for CARIAD, providing a smooth candidate journey and hiring the best people for CARIAD. We currently consist of 22 team members working from Berlin, Ingolstadt and Munich. We started in July 2020, established a new recruiting process and already hired over 1.000 people globally. As Employer Branding Team, we are five motivated colleagues that have developed CARIAD’s employer value proposition during the last months and just recently started the rollout. Our next step is to make talents and also our own employees even more aware of CARIAD as an employer and convince them with the value propositions we developed. Since we are already well set in social media and online communications, we would need support with an image film. And for these challenges we are looking for you!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create a concept for an image video to increase awareness of CARIAD as an attractive employer and convince talents to apply
- Realize the video with an external production team and internal stakeholders (employees)
- Organize the whole production including internal briefings and approvals
- Shape the respective tone of voice and visual identity of CARIAD with your work
WHO YOU ARE
- Good to very good academic performance
- Enrolled student in the area of film production
- Experience in video productions for brand image videos and employer branding
- A passion for people, marketing and current trends in employer branding
