For our client, a global IT System Solution Company, we are looking for a
Junior Excel Specialist – Database Maintenance (f/m/d)
on a freelance basis.

Responsibilities:

• Migrating the CMDB data (Assets, CIs and Non-hardware CIs) and supporting the migration process setup
• Preparing the documents for customer meetings and accordingly follow-up on it 
• Assisting in the setup of the ServiceNow Deep dive CMDB verification
• Preparation of the templates in order to upload CMDB data to Service Now (DEV, UAT, Production) as well as load issue handling

Skills:

• First knowledge of the CMDB migration process (migration from Edge to ServiceNow)
• CMDB asset and CI knowledge
• Deep knowledge of excel is required (preparation work is executed in Excel (heavy automated))
• Task oriented and structured working method
