Group IT is responsible for all IT matters relating to Klöckner & Co SE and its affiliated national companies. One of the objectives of Group IT is to standardize and harmonize the Group's IT landscape and IT-supported business processes. This applies primarily to the areas of infrastructure and business process-related applications. As part of these activities, Group IT is responsible for global project management for these areas.

Position description:

Position candidate will be heading the Klöckner IT-Outsourcing / IT- Operations Organization (Klöckner RUN Org). The Klöckner RUN Org is set up as a typical IT-demand management and IT-service management function for any Klöckner Group IT service transitioned into Operations between Klöckner Group BU’s and 3

party IT-service Operators such as COGNIZANT. The Klöckner IT-Operations manager will be responsible for the seamless Delivery of all IT-RUN Services such as:

• Klöckner Group IT-Services Operations currently contracted with COGNIZANT or other Klöckner suppliers
• Klöckner Group IT-services operated in MS Azure or other IT-clouds
• Klöckner Group IT-services operated elsewhere (e.g. by local Klöckner IT staff)

IT-Service Operations services are such services which have been set up by Klöckner or Klöckner 3

party project Transition teams outside Klöckner Run Org and which have been accepted for Operations by mutual agreement including acceptance (as “ready to operate”) between IT-Transition and IT-Operations.

Klöckner IT-Operations manager will be responsible for stable and seamless IT-Operations towards Klöckner Group responsible which have been agreed as service recipients for the afore mentioned IT-services.

Klöckner IT-Operations manager will be directly reporting to the Klöckner Group CIO and be the counterpart according to the agreed Governance to Klöckner IT-Operations Outsourcing partner COGNIZANT and / or others.

Your Profile:

• Degree in IT Technology (Informatics, Business Informatics) or comparable management expertise
• 7-10 years practical experience in Management of complex IT Projects with Intl. footprint
• 7-10 years practical experience in IT Outsourcing / IT Application Infrastructure Operations
• 3-5 years of experience as manager in similar position
• Strong and proven capabilities in people management
• Strong ITSM theoretical and practical knowledge (ITIL Expert or similar business experience)
• Strong and proven practical Project Management capabilities
• ITSM tool & process knowledge
• Knowledge about state of the art technology in IT-Infrastructure-, IT-Cloud- and IT-Application Operations, such as Office 365, MS Azure, IT-Infrastructure, IT-Cloud services, SAP

Soft Skills:

• Strong Management capabilities and commitment as part of the Klöckner IT-Management Team
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent Business English; on top other languages preferred (e.g. French)
• Intercultural Competence
• Senior Experience level in Management of Intl. IT-Service Providers / Intl. IT-Outsourcing
