FPGA Designer / Verification Engineer (f/m/d)
For our client, a leading provider of safety critical hardware and software in the aerospace industry based in Munich (Germany), we are currently hiring a FPGA Designer / Verification Engineer (f/m/d)
The main responsibility/task is to support the FPGA team of our client with the design and keeping the life cycle data, within several DAL A (DO-254) aerospace project, up to date.
The detailed tasks includes:
- The design of the FPGA architecture and the relevant functions, according to the specification and the requirements of the FPGA, including all the tasks from the design life cycle data.
- Definition of the detailed solution for the described problem, within the formalized applicable problem reports (PRs).
- Implementation of the defined solution according to the PRs into the FPGA design life cycle data (e.g. conceptual design, VHDL code)
- Supporting of our client’s FPGA verification team regarding the development of the RTL test bench
- Execution of the format life cycle data reviews from the FPGA, regarding the DO-254 objectives and project checklists
Your Skills:
- Practical knowledge of relevant professional experience
- Hands-on experience in the development and verification of PLDs
- Knowledge in the development and verification of PLDs
- Practical experience with the following programming languages:
o Experience with Actel and XILINX FPGAs, Synopsys/Synplicity Synplify, HDL Designer (for coding rule check), ModelSim
- Experience with Microsoft office
