1st Line Support Engineer | Permanent | Holzkirchen, Germany
We are currently looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a team in Holzkirchen, Munich Region (Bavaria). An exciting work environment awaits you, a family-friendly team with a good working atmosphere and development opportunities.Your area of responsibility:
- Responsibility for the technical first-level support of our customers via telephone and email
- They assign users to new devices and applications
- Participate in systemic performance reviews, identify causes of performance issues, and make suggestions for improvement.
- Review recurrent or serious incidents and manage them through the problem-management process.
- Install and configure workstations, updates, and ensure their flawless operation
- Troubleshooting as part of first-level hardware and software support
What to bring:
- You have a completed IT education or similar and have some years of practical experience
- You have IT support and / or IT service desk knowledge and have a good technical and organizational understanding
- They enjoy working in multinational teams and know how to deal with the sensitivity and openness to cultural differences
- They speak English and German fluently in speech and writing
- You are a service-oriented and motivated personality with excellent communication skills
