2nd Line Support Engineer (PR/051930) München

2nd Line Support Engineer is required for a Swiss founded fast-growing international consultancy with offices in Munich. We’re looking for a multitasker and a team-player who can be a great asset to our client’s family-like team.

As a 2nd Line Support Engineer you’ll be working in close cooperation with not only the customers but the product management, development and other departments as well. Your responsibilities will involve software rollouts and updates, support of existing installations and troubleshooting for their products.

The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will have;

• Either a Computer Science related degree or a few years of experience
• Good experience with Windows 7/10, mobile devices and media technology
• IT customer service and onsite support experience
• Fluent English and German language skills
