About the team

The Landscape Orchestration team is part of the SAP Product Engineering board area.
Our mission is to develop, deliver and operate state-of-the-art services that support customers, in the digital transformation journey, to reach operational excellence.

Our product “SAP Landscape Management” (LaMa) enables customers to optimize the management of SAP applications in heterogeneous environments, public, hybrid and private clouds.

The „SAP Cloud Appliance Library” (CAL) allow customers to instantly deploy SAP applications in public cloud environments, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.

As an international and multicultural team, we have development locations in Walldorf, Palo Alto and Sofia.

The Role

You will get the opportunity to work with the most trending technologies that drive the next wave of enterprise applications.
After an onboarding phase, you will work on exciting tasks. As an associate developer, you will be responsible for development focusing on coding, testing and good quality level of software features, in a development team under the mentoring / coaching of an experienced developer.

You will work in a highly motivated, collaborative and diverse team, together with young talents as well as established professionals.

Role Requirements

Academic Degree on Informatics, Business Informatics or compared education
Very good verbal and written communication in German and English
Very good programing skills in Java
Knowledge about micro-services architecture
Knowledge about cloud services in AWS, GCP and Azure
Good understand of Lean-Principles and agile Software Development
Team spirit, excellent team player, self-motivated, passionate about technology
We are looking for a colleague, who holds a strong analytical mind and high-quality awareness, very good organizational and coordination skills, together with the ability to work focused, independently, reliable and result oriented.

Work Experience

We are looking for recent or upcoming graduates with 0 to 2 years of work experience.
