A fantastic opportunity for a Junior Embellishment Coordinator to join RB's Hygiene Home Business Unit.

In this role, you will be responsible for the ontime delivery of Embellished SKUs, the cost-efficient planning of material and management of information flow between RB & Copacker and for the effective Masterdata Management and adhoc reporting.

Key parts of this role will include:

Co-ordination of embellishment at 3
rd
party Copacker
Coordination of miscellaneous logistics providers in Germany /Austria /Switzerland among the areas Copacking
Supervision and management of several packaging supplier with focus on costs and on time availability
Purchase Order Management and invoice control (Packaging and sub-contracting)
Focus on process improvement across embellishment & demand planning
Compilation of unit lists and packing instructions
Master Data Management (Bill of Material Maintenance, Price Entry, Source List, SKU setup)
Managing weekly adhoc reports for Line manager

Is this you?

Ausbildung or similar degree
Professional
with the MS-Office products with an emphasis on MS Excel (preferably in Macros & Power BI not must have).
Good understanding of Supply chain and Manufacturing
Good command of SAP MM Module
Basic knowledge of dangerous goods regulations
Previous experience in the supply chain area (Internship and or work experience)

ighly analytical
Problem solver with a result driven approach
Assertiveness, good interpersonal skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
English: fluent
German: fluent
