3rd Level Administrator (f/m/d) in Munich

For our client, we are currently hiring a 3rd Level Administrator (f/m/d).
Project Start: ASAP
Project duration: 3-6 months
Location: Munich - on site if legally allowed and no safety concerns (Coronavirus)
Employment model: Permanent position (ANÜ)
Key Responsibilities

• Reduce ticket backlog of the 3rd Level Admin team
• Related to server systems / tickets only, client systems only occasionally!
• Bearbeitung von 3rd-Level Tickets in einer komplexen, verteilten, fragmentierten Umgebung
• Support der Endanwender mit dazugehöriger Software, insbesondere Office
• Bearbeitung von komplexen Störungen inkl. der Abstimmung mit externen Lieferanten bzw. den End-Andwendern
• Nutzung der bestehenden Microsoft Infrastruktur (AD, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, VMWare, SCOM, ~1,000 servers, fragmented infrastructure,)
• Joining a current team of 4, ~1,000 servers, fragmented infrastructure

Key Skills

• Solid knowhow of Windows Infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, SCOM, GPO)
• Knowledge in Monitoring (SCOM)
• Knowledge in Scripting languages (PowerShell und VBS)
• Server operating systems (2008-2016, ideally in Exchange)
• German required
• Will be required to pass security screening process for the client.
