A fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join RB's Health Business Unit.

As a Business Analyst Retail, you will provide insights, business analysis, financial & performance reporting and decision support to the Retail Sales organization. You will be playing the key role in setting up a standardized reporting deck for the region DACH & CE (with focus on Germany as the key market).

Key parts of this role will include:

Covering the complete retail landscape (grocery, drugstores and local discounters)
Looking at all relevant KPIs (e.g. Sell in/Sell out performance by channel/customer/brand/category incl. market share development, 4P efficiency). The scope will be wider than financial data alone

Delivering performance reporting/tracking and insights
Preparing performance/business/customer reviews
Acting as the interface for cross customer best practice sharing and channel/customer specific analysis to drive the business

Is this you?

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics related field
At least 2 years’ experience in an Analyst role in a quantitative Research Agency or a multinational Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company
Outstanding data processing and analytical skills
Accounting and Finance process understanding
Outstanding MS-Office skills

• Experience with commercial and sales finance

Very good knowledge of Nielsen and GfK Tools Experience with commercial and sales finance
Digitally native
English: fluent
German: nice to have
