» Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the rollout of the new Transport Management System, driving business process transformation along with it, including analysis, change management, set-up, training, etc.
Planning, moderation and execution of country and regional workshops and trainings with all levels of employees, predominantly on site across Europe
Supporting country BPM and key users on a day to day basis in airfreight operational, system and process related matters
Creation of training material and documentation
Creation of SOPs and work instructions
» Key Skills and Requirements:
Solid understanding of the global forwarding industry with on hand operational experience
The ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must
Flexibility towards traveling and longer stays abroad
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Analytical and investigative thinking, strong self-confidence and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with all organizational levels
Empathy skills: ability to place yourself in the shoes of the audience
Ability to professionally explain and train business processes, system use and organizational changes
Experience with the implementation of a TMS is a plus
Additional knowledge in other European languages is a plus
