Product Manager

Amazon in Munich is looking for a Project Manager (part-time) for Amazon Consumables with focus on Item Data Quality. We are looking for someone who can think big and help improve products as well as processes around catalogue data quality, that will in turn lead to a significantly enhanced customer and vendor experience. The role demands solid business understanding and top-notch analytical skills. You will also drive discussions with multiple global technology and business teams to develop and implement scalable solutions that improves customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize root causes for defects related to customer-facing data quality and data coverage across Consumables product lines to improve customer experience.
• Develop and implement scalable solutions to address root causes, e.g. by building good working relationships with international (tech-) teams or by leveraging Machine Learning capabilities.
• Represent Consumables in EU-wide and global data quality initiatives.
• Support and drive the creation of business plans for new opportunities, roll-out and oversee projects’ completion and success; report the project status towards all EU stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support to analyze performance and derive clear recommendations for business actions.

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

• Prior Project/Program management experience(atleast 2 years)
• Strong Analytical Capability.
• Advanced level skills with BI tools. Prior experience with SQL manager / Microsoft Access / Microsoft VBA, is beneficial
• Experience in generating and launching new businesses/ focusing on process improvement
• Experience in working with tech teams is a plus.
• FMCG background is a plus
• Business fluent in English and strong writing skills.
• German is a plus
