A fantastic opportunity for a Demand Planner to join RB's Hygiene Home Business Unit.

Key parts of this role will include:

Leading the S&OP process for the brand/s - Joint evaluation of the forecast and coordination with sales, marketing and finances for profit planning with the manager

Permanent analysis of the forecast development and initiation of appropriate measures in the event of deviations
Supply-side coordination of product launches and enhancements
Inventory management and targets delivery
Portfolio management and optimization

• Ensuring permanent delivery capability in cooperation with our own factories as well as external suppliers
• Working closely with demand managers, customer service and logistics to ensure internal goals are achieved
• Regular review and adjustment of planning parameters, e.g. safety stock

Is this you?

• Minimum Bachelor‘s degree (min. Berufsakademie) or similar degree
• Professional with the Microsoft-Office products and possibly SAP system knowledge
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Cross-functional thinking
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• Goal-oriented working method
• Strong cost awareness
