What we look for

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service delivery roles, including project management
Experience in managing people required (cross cultural)
Significant experience of managing 3rd party vendors
Fluency in English and German is a must
Significant experience in managing operational KPIs and Business Scorecards
Experience in working with CRM tools (e.g. Remedy / ServiceMax / Salesforce / Oracle) desired
Hands-on mentality as well as a goal-oriented mindset
