ABOUT THE TEAM

Our team Knowledge Transfer & Education is responsible for the development of the latest trends in Learning & Education. We develop learning content and operate all infrastructure and applications which are required for SAP Product Trainings: from planning, production to delivery of trainings to our customers via SAP Learning Hub.

In this context you will support different services within our team.

THE ROLE

Support our Digital Learning Development team in different activities related to project management, translation coordination and Learning Journey creation/maintenance

We are looking for a colleague that:

• Is eager to work in an environment following Agile principles

Is comfortable working in an international environment where you must collaborate with people remotely and across different time zones and cultures.
Independently manages operational activities (e. g. related to learning journeys) and ensure that requests are delivered in time and high quality
Takes ownership of workstreams and tasks

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

Computer skills:
advanced knowledge in MS Office application (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
having excel macro skill would be an advantage
experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or other BI tools is a nice to have
Language skills: very good communication skills in English and German (written and verbal)
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Soft skills: ability to work in a team, advanced general communication skills including presentation and elaboration
Others: ability to organize and structure your work, time management
Additional language skills is a plus
No prior working experience necessary
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
