for one of our clients we are looking for an Innovation Manger (m/w/d).

Tasks:

Drive and implement local star innovation pipeline from concept ideation until product launch readiness.
Responsible for creating new offers including new-way-to-market strategies
Drive agile ways of working and spread agile spirit across crossfunctional teams
Lead project based cross-functional teams
Work in close partnership with global team which will be responsible for geo expansion
Regularly reviewing multiple data sources to track consumer insights, brand, category and competitor
Regularly analysing NPI performance
Responsible in delivering brand P&L together with brand team
