Jobbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Working Student to join our Alexa Preview team. As the ideal candidate you will be flexible, detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills and be willing to work in a predominantly hands-on environment. You should be able to work with minimal direction, the capacity to move quickly and be flexible while delivering high-quality results.

Primary responsibilities
  • Support with day-to-day tasks of the specific projects including device operations, scheduling logistics, installing software onto devices, resource/equipment planning.
  • Support the logistics of distribution and collection of the assets and reporting on the programs.
  • Support with the tracking of devices, cost analyses and improvement projects.

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

  • High level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Detail orientation and experience balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Outlook.
