Expert (m/f/d) HR Information Systems

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gathering business requirements, developing and translating end to end concepts for the technical implementation of HRIS products (e.g., new Workday modules)
• Project management for all HRIS projects like setting up project plans and milestones, ensuring quality and timeliness of (concept) development
• Automating and scaling new and existing HR processes and procedures
• Responding to user needs and questions by recommending solutions for recurring system issues
• Communicating with vendors/partners as needed to complete projects, resolve issues and understand system upgrades/enhancements
• Act as an interface between the HR team, end-users and the internal IT (ERP) team

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of technical HR experience, preferably in a global organization
• Technical expertise in at least one HRIS system, Workday is a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and experience in working collaboratively across teams
• Fluent in English and German
