Executive Assistant (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

• Take care of the correspondence autonomously
• Create presentations
• Manage meetings including meeting organization, meeting notes etc.
• Develop and track regular monthly reports and scorecards
• Participate in continuous improvements for standards and processes
• Special projects in communication, marketing, social- and customer events
• Social media development, planning and publishing
• Carry out purchase order administration, Take care of guests
• Poweruser for collaboration space and tools (TEAMS)

Your profile

• Bachelor degree or completed vocational education
• 3 - 5 years job professional experience
• Very good knowledge in MS-Teams/Office
• Fluent in German, very good skills in English
• Team oriented, sociable
• Good linguistic expression
