- Conduct laboratory testing, ELISA, Analyzers, routine sample handling and testing
- Work with customer care team to provide customer support on diagnostic products for the International market, reception and resolution of customers calls / cases (L2 or 3).
- Customer visits to customer clinics on site occasional travel, International and domestic 10-20%
- Support technical trainings of Dx products for the International market, sample quality and handling.
- Draft technical protocols and abstracts
- Draft and review medical report documents in the Veeva Vault control program
- Support current and future customer case databases and production software, E-Lisa and ProFile 3.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT
- Evaluate customer calls, cases (L2-3), discrepant results.
- Objectively evaluate the customer’s technical problems by collecting case information.
- Consult with medical team to propose technical answers to customer queries.
- Manage results confirmation from customers samples sent for analysis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer -centric satisfaction mindset.
PHARMACOVIGILANCE
- Conduct case entry of direct customers in PV works (public or private laboratories, wholesalers, distributors).
- Provide cases traceability in a tracking table.
- Identify and objectify the issues, propose solutions for the appropriate case.
TECHNICAL TRAINING
Work with customer care training team on Dx products for colleagues and customers.KEY COMPETENCES
- Possess knowledge of Laboratory methods and procedures.
- Follow and apply GLP rules and procedures to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Adapt the communication to different audiences that can have competing interests.
- Provide a transverse communication by sharing relevant information for the company.
- Ability to conduct and interpret test results, ELISA, Analyzers, etc
TECHNICAL WRITING and REVIEW
- Work with diagnostic medical staff on protocol and report writing
- Conduct review of diagnostic study reports, papers, and materials in Veeva Vault.
- Draft study protocols
BASIC EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Science degree in related field; Biology, Animal Science.
- Laboratory technician
- Significant experience in laboratory work, ideally veterinary
- Writing skills
- Managing and maintaining data base
- Use of computer software programs
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
- Diagnostic laboratory techniques and methods
- Laboratory management
- Fluency in multiple languages desired.
- German and English language (Written and spoken)
