International Marketing Manager
You are a highly qualified marketing professional with a strong interest in the real estate and construction sectors. You are cognizant of, and expert in the marketing and communications approaches of Anglo-American practices and are able to apply these principles within the context of a German corporation that is positioning itself as a truly international leader and brand. You have demonstrable expertise working in a marketing agency or international company and are interested in transferring your skills – working within a dynamic corporation.
The role is that of a marketing and account manager within a small and dynamic international communications team based in Germany, yet responsible for leading and coordinating marketing activities for the company’s subsidiaries in Europe and abroad. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to multi-task whilst maintaining focus on clear KPIs for ongoing communication campaigns. This position reports to the Head of International Communications and Press as part of the German Corporate Communications Unit and will be based in our company’s headquarter in Stuttgart. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative manner with management, communication managers of national offices, national agencies and other core teams to achieve our objective of rapidly increasing brand awareness outside Germany.
Your tasks
- Coordinate the implementation of individual national communication strategies
- Enthusiastically develop and maintain national websites, social media channels and our digital footprint at a national level
- Work closely with local marketing associations or managers as required
- Operational coordination of external agencies and technical service providers
- Lead and monitor marketing campaigns, activities and initiatives
- Organize and market webinars, events, fairs and internal seminars
- Review and revise existing marketing content and create new marketing products
- Conduct competition analyses, market research and gather market intelligence
- Prepare precise and analytical monthly reports
Your qualifications
- Master’s degree in marketing, media, communication, economics or a comparable field of study
- At least six years of international marketing experience, preferably in the construction and real estate sectors, as well as demonstrable track record in distributor markets
- Proven international experience and a keen interest in other countries, cultures and practices
- Strong in consulting and an ability to cultivate strong client relationships
- Experience in managing omni-channel digital communications with expertise and passion for social media
- Proven expertise in a marketing agency or an international company and interest in transferring your skills – working in a dynamic company
- Strong ability to multi-task with simultaneous focus on clear KPIs for ongoing communications campaigns
- Fluent in English (native speaker) and excellent written and communications skills, German and other languages are welcome but not required
