What you may expect

  • Define, implement and continuously update the Mobility Key Account service strategy in alignment with the overall strategy
  • Develop differentiating value-adding services with clear competitive advantage in close collaboration with countries, coordinating different contributing departments in Sales, IT, Product Management, Logistics, etc.
  • Manage and continuously enhance existing services
  • Develop tools and methods to ensure customer centricity of services and enhance knowledge of the competitor offering
  • Drive development of communication materials for customers as well as sales trainings
  • Set budget targets for countries and continuously monitor the performance of services

What distinguishes you

  • Business-related Diploma or Master's degree with focus on Marketing or Sales
  • Several years of professional experience in Marketing or Sales, ideally in an international environment
  • Project management experience
  • Ideally experience in strategy development and/or implementation of new concepts and in managing diverse and multicultural teams in a matrix situation
  • Fluency in English, further language skills advantageous
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills, also on top-management level
