What you may expect
- Define, implement and continuously update the Mobility Key Account service strategy in alignment with the overall strategy
- Develop differentiating value-adding services with clear competitive advantage in close collaboration with countries, coordinating different contributing departments in Sales, IT, Product Management, Logistics, etc.
- Manage and continuously enhance existing services
- Develop tools and methods to ensure customer centricity of services and enhance knowledge of the competitor offering
- Drive development of communication materials for customers as well as sales trainings
- Set budget targets for countries and continuously monitor the performance of services
What distinguishes you
- Business-related Diploma or Master's degree with focus on Marketing or Sales
- Several years of professional experience in Marketing or Sales, ideally in an international environment
- Project management experience
- Ideally experience in strategy development and/or implementation of new concepts and in managing diverse and multicultural teams in a matrix situation
- Fluency in English, further language skills advantageous
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills, also on top-management level
