YOUR ROLE

• Manage HR Consulting projects in an international environment
• Work closely with business stakeholders to advance and improve the HR IT landscape
• Analyze various business requirements from the HR department
• Design and create solution concepts considering state of the art best practices
• Drive innovations and new digital technologies in the fields of HR applications
• Work in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Be part of a multinational, dedicated & passionate consulting team that has a positive work spirit

Candidates must have

• SAP HCM Solution Architect HR SAP systems

Language Requirements

• English (Fluent) MUST

Education:

• Master's Degree

Required skills
YOUR SKILLS

• 5 + years of experience as SAP HCM (HR) consultant and solution architect in either one of the big consulting companies or a global company
• HR SAP systems - Solid experience (incl. SAP basis), HR cloud solutions, solution architecture, system integration and HR processes
• Agile IT projects & processes in an international environment - Practical experience
• Team Player with excellent communication and convincing skills
• University degree (master or equivalent) in Computer Science or Business Informatics

Nice to have not essential

• Developer skills: ABAP, Web Dynpro, SAPUI5 (Fiori)
• Knowledge in SAP HANA, SAP S/4, SAP Cloud Platform
