Cloud Native Developer (m/f/d) - Go (372279/001) Weinsberg

For our client, the IT service provider of a well-known retail group, we are currently looking for a Cloud Native Developer (m/f/d) with Go programming in Weinsberg/area of Heilbronn.

Tasks:
Consulting on the design and implementation of cloud application solutions with Go
Employing modern and future-oriented technology choices whilst building new applications and providing APIs
Concept, design and (further) develop web applications
Further development, optimization and quality assurance of existing applications
Creation of user interfaces and interaction concepts
Planning and implementation of new features and the connection of interfaces and databases
Optimization of existing code architectures

Profile:
Successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable completed training
Profound knowledge of programming with Go
Experience in the application of the 12Factor principles
Knowledge in handling cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, CloudFoundry or similar)
Practical experience with the creation of REST-APIs
Knowledge of other programming languages and/or frontend technologies is desirable
High demands on code quality, performance, maintainability and extensibility
Knowledge regarding continuous deployment and test driven development processes
Secure use of version management tools like Git (Azure DevOps)
Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German at least B1/2
Analytical, goal- & detail-oriented work, as well as team player with very good communication skills
