Your responsibilities

  • In your role as Project Coordinator (m/f/d) Service Supply Chain/Logistics, you are part of our motivated Service SCM team and work in different supply chain & logistics projects
  • You are responsible for analyzing and developing decision templates and translating them into efficient and agile implementations for initiatives (projects) and for developing best practices
  • You support in collecting information, analyzing the details, executing cost calculations and providing solution proposals
  • You support in the conceptual work in initiatives/projects and in the development of new approaches
  • You are also responsible for the preparation and follow-up of strategic & project related meetings and coordination of the initiative/project portfolio
  • In addition, you are involved in the creation of status reports, evaluations and executive summaries as part of project management, which are presented to the management

Your qualification

  • You have successfully completed a course of studies in Business Administration, Business Development or similar
  • As an experienced Project Coordinator (m/f/d), you have several years of relevant professional experience in the area of international supply chain and logistics
  • You have several years of professional experience in project work - preferably in an international corporate environment
  • Good user-level knowledge of MS Office and MS Project completes your profile
  • You have excellent communication skills and command of German and English – both written and spoken
  • Your strengths include good analytical skills, attention to detail and a conceptual mindset
  • You enjoy working independently, are reliable, and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Contributing to success as part of a team motivates you
  • You are highly self-motivated and well-organized
  • You are a customer-oriented individual, with an interest in medical technologies
