YOUR TEAM
There is a vacancy in the department "Product Committees and Steering Model” part of the division Product- & Portfoliomanagement.The division is responsible for product strategy, customer requirements, the costumer product portfolio and the product management over the full Lifecycle including processes:
- Definition and enforcement of CARIAD’s product and portfolio strategy
- Management of all CARIAD products over the whole lifetime
- Safeguarding of common architecture and platform strategy
- Building CARIAD’s face to the costumer (all Volkswagen AG brands) for all product and portfolio matters
- Define and rollout state of the art steering models, processes and methods to enable the product strategy, portfolio and product management
- Create communication and change concepts for steering models, processes and new methods
- Host and steer top product committees within CARIAD and VW Group to drive decision on future products and product strategy on top management level
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Project Lead for developing and establishing an end-to-end lifecycle steering model with focus on product strategy, product requirements management and product portfolio management
- Representation of collaboration models and job splits (cross-brand and cross-location) with different stakeholders on top management level
- Project Lead for developing and rollout out E2E product processes together with relevant stakeholders within CARIAD and with the brands and drive the change towards a lean portfolio management
- Representation of all necessary product process standards for a software-enabled car company
WHO YOU ARE
- Studied economics, computer science or engineering
- Several years of experience as a Project Lead for Processes or Project Management preferably in the software environment
- Sound experience multiproject management, development and optimizing digital processes
- High level of abstraction, analysis and structuring skills
- Good understanding of software or architecture processes, methods and tool chains
- Working experience in cross-functional and agile teams, ideally having experience with the SAFe model (Scaled Agile Framework)
