is required for an increasingly busy team working for a market-leading company.
The successful

IT Onsite Engineer (German and English Speaking)

will assist with onsite technical support in a customer environment (installation and change of hardware - PC/printer/peripherals/network switches/router and WAP`s, patching of network leads, etc.).

Experience required for the IT Onsite Engineer (German and English Speaking) role:

• 1-2 years of work experience in an international heterogeneous IT environment
• Self-paced working (using a ticket-based system)
• Having good written and verbal communication skills
• Having a strong work ethic and being a team player
• Work Location Eschborn and when required Liederbach/Ts
• Beneficial: Driving license and car

Technical skills required for the IT Onsite Engineer (German and English Speaking) role:

• Supporting Windows 10, Printers, Printer drivers, Office Software, Network Patching, Networking Software e.g. TCP/IP, 802.1X, Ethernet connections

Start date – Immediately

Salary – €34,000 per annum + bonus, benefits and career progression
