Your tasks:

• Data analysis of zebrafish transcriptome data (microarray and RNA seq)
• Transcript / RNA annotation
• Applying the self organizing map algorithm
• Clustering and functional enrichment analysis

Your profile:

• Bachelor in Bioinformatics, Biology, or related discipline
• Computational skills, basic knowledge in R and/or other script languages
• Highly motivated, independent and self-organised
• Good command of English
