We are currently looking for a
Desktop Support Engineer 
to join a team based in Munich, Germany. An exciting work environment awaits you, a family-friendly team with a good working atmosphere and development opportunities.

Area of responsibility of the Desktop Support Engineer role:

• Support and customizing of existing installations in close cooperation with our customers
• Problem analysis and solution for IT problems of our clients
• To be ready in multitasking to adapt the work priorities to the needs of the customers
• Autonomous implementation of the assigned tasks
• Planning and execution of software rollouts and updates
• Close cooperation with product management, development and other specialist departments

What to bring:

• You have completed a computer science education or similar and have already gained some years of practical experience
• Very good knowledge of Windows 7/10
• Good knowledge with media technology
• Experience with mobile devices
• Knowledge with printer administration
• ITILv3 or ITILv4
• You are familiar with IT customer care and onsite support
• They enjoy working in multinational teams and know how to deal with the sensitivity and openness to cultural differences
• Service-oriented and motivated personality with excellent communication skills

Mandatory requirement for the Desktop Support Engineer role:

• English and German fluently in speech and writing
