What you can expect:

• Support the Translation team in managing a complex and fast-moving daily translation workflow, uploading text files and reference material in multiple formats and tracking the process from submission to delivery
• Manage the translation email inbox, assigning tasks to team members on a daily basis
• Proofread German texts if required (native speaker only)
• Carry out competitor research and create presentations in PPT
• Assist with the preparation of seasonal KPI report presentations for product copy
• Track product copy production on a daily basis
• Provide support where required for all other team tasks

Your profile:

• Affinity for languages, open and curious nature
• Fluent business English, other languages an asset
• Superb organizational skills, affinity for project management
• Very strong communicator with the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent digital skills including Excel, ability to master new tools quickly and confidently
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proactive, positive and can-do attitude
