Your Profile:

- You are proficient in German and fluent in English (written and spoken)

• You have excellent communication skills
• You are open to learn everything about customer care
• You are able to work 40 hours a week in rotating shifts
• You are happy to live in Lisbon
• Some experience in a call centre is nice to have, but not mandatory

Your Responsibilities:

- You will professionally answer to customers’ questions and concerns

• You will surprise your customers and exceeded the customer’s expectations with your knowledge about their requirements
• You will identify, analyse and solve technical problems of customers
• You will keep yourself updated about the company’s products and services
