» Your responsibilities:

Direct reporting line to the Head of Global Compliance
Supporting the identification and implementation of necessary compliance measures
Maintenance and revision of Hellmann Compliance Policies according to current legal developments
Preparation and support of reports to the management and supervisory bodies
Independent management of and support in compliance projects and roll outs
Further development and maintenance of the HWL training program and communication
Support and partial management of the global compliance risk assessment
Close cooperation with other risk management and governance functions, in particular, Legal and Internal Audit
Support of the Whistleblower Hotline and Support in day-to-day business consulting
If necessary, steering of external lawyers and correspondence with authorities
Compliance-legal assessment of facts and conclusion of recommendations for action
Advice and support of the operational areas regarding possible compliance risks, especially in the context of the implementation of identified measures

» Your key skills:

Good understanding of economic contexts, preferably already in the logistics area
Legal education (at least 1st state examination) or degree in compliance, business studies with a legal focus or comparable qualification
Initial experience in the relevant legal or task areas. Ideally acquired in a law firm with an international focus or an internationally active company.

High level of self-motivation and willingness to perform, hands-on mentality and results orientation
Willingness to take on responsibility in the designated areas
Analytical competence, also in the area of complex issues at the interface between business and legal issues
IT affinity is desirable
English fluent in written and spoken
