A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join RB's Hygiene Home Business Unit.

Key parts of this role will include:

Processing all incoming customer orders in SAP
Controlling orders to contain correct delivery date / article number / EAN number / MOQ and clarifying with customer as required
Collaborating proactively with customers by new product introductions and by avoiding out of stocks
Managing customer claims related to price and quantity differences
Inputting credit in SAP following the releases
Processing incoming customer questions and claims
Striving for continuous improvement of processes and KPIs
Proactively monitoring order status in cooperation with customer and internal departments
Further developing customer relationship to enhance customer satisfaction levels
Together with Customer Service Manager, developing and improving customer strategic relation in Supply Chain field

Is this you?

• A-levels / University entrance diploma and commercial apprenticeship
• At least 2 years of job experience in an international company, where CRM is being used in a very customer and future oriented environment
• Very good knowledge of order processing / customer orders
• Overview of basic business processes within a company
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP System
• First experiences with Project Management
• Strong Communicator
• Strong analytical skills
• Goal-oriented, proactive and working thoroughly
• High flexibility to adapt to new situations
• German & English fluently (speaking & writing)
