We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Specialist (m/f/d) with third level support experience for our internationally operating customer in the IT services sector.
The job can be part-time or full-time 100% remote just residence in Germany, the U.K., Spain or France is required.
What you can expect:
- IMS software management: installation, upgrade, maintenance and replacement of software
- Third-level support and customer consulting for processing software errors
- Documentation, incident, change and problem handling
- Development and implementation of IMS databases and applications according to company requirements
- Performance optimization of IMS databases and applications to ensure efficient processing of data
- Advising and supporting internal and external parties in the use of IMS systems and databases
What you'll bring:
- Experience in third-level support
- Customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Experience in life cycle management
- Experience in dealing with IMS
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- German language skills beneficial
