Service Level Management Expert-3-6 month-Duesseldorf Area

For our long-term client in the Duesseldorf area we are looking for an SLM (Service Level Management) Expert.
Your main task is to work on a Service Level Management structure for the organization.

Tasks:

• Operational Level Agreements with the Service Provider
• Accommodating any existing Service Improvement Plans/Programs within the SLM process
• Working on Service Level Agreements with the Customer

Requirements:

• Good knowledge in Service Level Management
• Experience in Service Level Agreement structure

Project details:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 3-6 months (+ option to extend)
• Workload: 4 to 5 days per week
• Location: Duesseldorf Area, NRW
• Language: English
