German and English speaking Customer Care Agent

Our client found a way how to optimize travels through Europe, in a simple and flexible way! They created a platform (which can be used by mobile, app, or desktop) where you can book all your trips with only one platform. No matter if you're trying to book trains, buses, or flights. By offering transparent pricing and simple booking, their platform makes it easy to plan a trip though Europe. In order to improve the customer experience, we are searching for a smart and well organised Customer Care Agent (f/m/x) on short-term basis with a native level of English and German.

11.00€ pro Stunde

What are you going to do:

Your role as Customer Care Agent (f/m/x) includes:

• Helping customers via Phone and Email support
• Answering questions about payments and modifying bookings, handling requests and complaints
• Being motivated to help customers and deliver great customer support

What we offer:

• 11 Euro / hour
• Choose your shift: morning (9-14) or evening (17-22)
• We're international: work in a team with over 40 nationalities
• An office in the centre of Berlin

What we ask:

• Enrolled in a state-recognized university
• Written English and German skills on a native level is essential + additional languages? Geat!
• You're super communicative and able to solve problems
• Organised with a drive to optimise processes
• Experience in customer service or sales is considered a plus
