Manager Business Development (m/f/d)

Manager Business Development (MBD)

is responsible for account management and is the link between the member hotels and Design Hotels, anticipating and understanding the member hotels’ specific needs and offering solutions.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and increase revenue performance within allocated member hotel portfolio
• Plan and coordinate a commercial strategy for member hotel
• Conduct and lead on strategic account management meetings
• Create credibility and build strong, lasting client relationships

Experience & Mindset

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or Tourism Management with at least 2-3 years of experience in the hotel industry
• Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent networker with strong communication-, presentation- and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in working on a MAC, knowledge in Keynote, and good Excel skills
