End-User Support/Onsite Desktop support engineer | German-speaking | Fulda, Germany | 12 months contract | €200/€250 per day, depending on the experience (minimum 8 working hours a day)
TheEnd-User Support/Onsite Desktop support engineer
will provide site support, incident management.

MUST Speak German and Englis fluently

Duties and Accountabilities of the IT Desktop Support/Workplace Executive Support (German-speaking):
- Deployment of image´s
- Active Directory
- Re-installation of devices
- Delivery of hardware printer support (network, MFP, label, cartridge)
- Network cable patching (LAN) exchange of end-user devices
- Incident handling (local)
- Meeting room support (patching, VC)
- Scanner support, label printing support
- Stock management (local) incl. Asset tag printing
- Support of Guest WiFi, mobile phone - O365 connection
- Antivirus Management
