End-User Support/Onsite Desktop support engineer | German-speaking | Fulda, Germany | 12 months contract | €200/€250 per day, depending on the experience (minimum 8 working hours a day)

The
End-User Support/Onsite Desktop support engineer
 will provide site support, incident management.
Please note, the candidate
MUST Speak German and Englis fluently

Duties and Accountabilities of the IT Desktop Support/Workplace Executive Support (German-speaking):

  • Deployment of image´s
  • Active Directory
  • Re-installation of devices
  • Delivery of hardware printer support (network, MFP, label, cartridge)
  • Network cable patching (LAN) exchange of end-user devices
  • Incident handling (local)
  • Meeting room support (patching, VC)
  • Scanner support, label printing support
  • Stock management (local) incl. Asset tag printing
  • Support of Guest WiFi, mobile phone - O365 connection
  • Antivirus Management

Languages required:

 Fluent English and German

Starting date:

 ASAP

Duration of the project:

 12 month
