Your responsibilities

• Manage whole instruction manual creation process to provide high-quality multilingual Instructions for Use (IFUs) in line with the product launch schedules
• Proofread English master versions created by manufacturers
• Administer and document the whole IFU creation process in line with compliance guidelines
• Coordinate various translation projects
• Ensure IFU update management
• Ensure terminology management
• Provide cost monitoring and invoice handling
• Communicate with manufacturers, subsidiaries and distributors
• Steer translation agencies and other external service providers

Your qualification

• University degree as a (technical) translator or similar qualification
• A few years of working experience in the area of translation management
• Professional experience in documentation services
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Good process management skills and knowledge of DTP programs
• Organizational skills and structured way of working
• Excellent team player
