My client is currently looking for a Project Manager with experience with CAPEX or OPEX projects in the pharmaceutical industry on a long-term basis. They are currently working on the upgrade of an existing facility and need this candidate to start ASAP.

 
 The client is working on an expansion project and requires a Project Manager to join them as they have a lot of large-scale facility changes over the next 2 years. The role will involve joining the client in the middling stages of the project, working on HVAC, clean rooms, fire safety & suppression and water treatment system upgrades initially with larger projects to come.

RATE: Good Freelance Market Rate OR SALARY
THE CLIENT HAS ADVISED THEY WILL CONSIDER FREELANCER OR PERMANENT CANDIDATES
PERMANENT SALARY: 90,000 – 100,000 Euros per annum
 

Required Skills:
  • The ideal candidate would have 5-10+ years of experience working on rebuilds or new builds within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Engineering, project delivery experience (site-based facilities or construction management)
  • Experience with the installation of pharmaceutical HVAC systems, clean rooms or laboratories
  • Fire safety systems, condensate plants, HVAC, electrical commissioning, MEP
  • Experience working on the delivery of pharmaceutical or medical production or R&D facilities
  • German and English speaking
 

Responsibilities:
  • Working through the rebuild of the new facility with the current engineers. 
  • Working history managing budget, maintaining alignment with suppliers, completion of change requests etc.
 
The client is looking for a project manager to work with their existing facilities team, the role will be to initially work on the delivery of a new clean room, following this there are other research and development facilities, inclusive of bio-medical testing.

The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering (facilities management) covering mechanical and electrical construction (building services) with a good understanding of pharmaceutical type construction projects.
