International Product Marketing Manager
What you may expect
- Be part of a category strategy team
- Develop 4P and sales strategy for chemical products
- Identify drivers of differentiation (customer-centric approach), customer pain points, and assortment gaps and initiate related activities (4P, sales, service)
- Align marketing plan chemicals internationally and cross-functionally
- Translate technical properties into customer benefits (USP); align and support content creation and training together with responsible Product Manager
- Ensure customers’ emotional and brand conform product experience
- Coordinate international product launches and go-to-market approach for complete category Chemicals
- Track meeting of category business plan; initiate corrective actions with responsible international Product Managers and subsidiaries
- Control commercial success of assortment (sales, margin); drive product lifecycle management for complete category Chemicals
What distinguishes you
- Studies in Business Management (major Marketing) or technical or science studies plus MBA
- Professional background in automotive aftermarket or construction works as well as sales experience advantageous
- Many years of experience in strategic marketing or product management (B2B and/or B2C), preferably in an international environment
- Experience in (digital) marketing content processes advantageous
- Project management skills
- Know-how in SAP BW, MM, and MS Office
- Very good presentation skills in English (C1 or B2 level)
